Monday Morning Chaos In Mumbai After Heavy Rain; Traffic, Trains Hit
Heavy rains in Mumbai since last night led to a chaotic Monday morning in the city. Locals trains in Mumbai are running behind schedule and slow traffic is being reported from several areas after last night and this morning's downpour. Three people have died in Mumbai and Thane. Civic body officials placed pumps on stand-by as many low-lying areas in the city reported water logging.
