Election Commissioner Ashok Lavasa has recused himself from attending meetings of the Election Commission on deciding violations of the Model Code over whaat he claimed was his "minority decisions going unrecorded", NDTV has learnt. The Election Commission had cleared Prime Minister Narendra Modi of any poll code violation in six instances.
